Can I Return An Item If I Don't Like It?

Perishable items like our infusion kits and powdered cocktail mixes cannot be returned or refunded.

Non perishable items (ie accessories) can be returned or exchanged within 30 days or receipt as long as they have not been opened and are returned in exactly the condition that you received them - in brand new, re-sellable condition.

What If An Item Is Damaged In Shipment?

If you receive an item that arrives in a box that shows damage, please inspect all items in the box carefully. if you find any damage, take photos of the items and the box they arrived in and send them to us immediately.

If a package arrives badly damaged, please reject delivery of the package and notify us immediately so we can take care of it for you.

How Long Will It Take To Receive My Order?

We ship most orders within 24 hours Monday-Friday - barring holidays.

For standard shipping, most orders will ship via USPS or UPS and arrive to you within 3-5 business days depending on your location.

For economy shipping, most orders will ship via USPS or UPS and arrive to you within 5-8 business days depending on. your location.

For Express orders, you can expect to receive your order within 1-2 days via UPS.

Subscription orders will always ship economy via USPS or UPS and arrive to you within 5-8 business days of your subscription ship date.
