Can I Pause or Cancel a Subscription?

Sure thing! You can hit pause or cancel a subscription in the customer portal (as spotted in the screenshot below) anytime after your third shipment has arrived. All our subscriptions come with a 3 shipment commitment.

To sign into the customer portal, just click on the magic link in the email from your initial subscription order. Oh, and don't forget, you can also manage your subscription by creating an account and logging in to your Oak & Sugar store account.

How Can I Skip or Reschedule a Shipment?

You can skip or reschedule a shipment from within your customer account. Each scheduled delivery will have a Skip payment button next to it, which you can use to skip the next delivery. You can reschedule the delivery by clicking on the Reschedule button next to the delivery date.

Can I Add Products to My Subscription?

Sure thing! Jazz up your subscription by adding products from within your account. Click the Edit button on the products card to tweak, delete, or include new items in your subscription.

What Happens If My Payment Can't Be Processed?

If the subscription can't be renewed because a payment can't be processed, you'll receive an email with a link to update your payment method.
